Mission Statement
Our Mission is to offer Clients a range of professional commercial and contractual services to the construction and engineering industries throughout Ireland, the UK and Internationally from project concept stage, through to final completion. We endeavor to offer a very personalized and cost effective service to all clients both large and small, by providing high quality personnel holding both professional and legal qualification and experience. We strive to cultivate close client relationships to understand our client's requirements and to continually improve our standards of service.
Our People
Staff come from multi-disciplinary backgrounds with experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, project management, engineering, or scheduling/planning, along with legal and claims management experience/qualification. The principle holds a BSc in quantity surveying, an MSc in construction law, and a PGDL/LLB in Law and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The Practice consults with renowned solicitors and barristers to offer specialist contractual and legal services to the construction and engineering industries. We often work closely with allied professions such as accountants, insolvency practitioners and economists to offer clients a very specialist consultancy service.
Modus Operandi
Our focus is always Client orientated in order to provide practical and logical advice and to minimize disruption to the Clients ongoing business. The following is our method of operation;
- Assist the Client to formulate a coherent strategy
- Encourage the Client to investigate possible alternatives to avoid litigation or arbitration
- Provide Clients with interim reports at agreed intervals to budget and manage expenditure
